2 slices of whole grain bread
1 tomato
½ avocado
Philadelphia Paprika & Kruiden (Paprika and Spices in English)
ham or bacon
lettuce
salt and pepper
I take my bread straight from the freezer, which means it keeps the vegetables cold until lunchtime. Spread some Philadephia on both slices (otherwise it wont stick together) and then add the bacon or ham. I only took bacon today becase I had plenty of time. Slice the half avocado and put the slices on top of the meat.
Then slice the tomato in 4 slices (leaving the both ends) and cover the bread. Put on the salt and pepper now, so it sticks to the tomato, and then add the lettuce and put the other bread slice on top. Push it together hard, so it's quite compact. Cut in triangles and put in a lunchbox or serve directly!
I am a such a culinary genius sometimes.
