Liverpool exchange

So, happy St. Patrick's Day people! Today I will probably celebrate it at some Irish pub, maybe at Fiddler's. I'm sure it will be a lot of fun! I got a letter from the university today, it was the nomination letter for the exchange. I'm apparently going to Liverpool the second semester of year 2! Could be a lot of fun I think. Now I'm gonna google the crap out of the city and the university, I actually have no idea where I'm going. Does anyone of you have any experience with Liverpool?
